  • The role is based at our Technology Centre site in Christchurch
  • The role is permanent Part-Time position
  • The working hours is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role


Working in a fast-paced environment, the role of Digital Services Operator focuses mainly on receiving, sorting and distributing mail as quickly and as efficiently as possible in accordance with set service standards.


Main Duties

  • Mail sorting and mail distribution at client sites
  • Document Preparation for Digitisation
  • Customer communication
  • Digital workflow tasks
  • Logistic tasks as required
  • General administrative duties including data entry as required
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and Client Health & Safety Standards
  • Lifting boxes and moving them around different work stations

Key Requirements

  • To be available from Monday to Friday
  • A clean full Class 1 Drivers Licence
  • Excellent customer service
  • Motivation and willingness to take initiative
  • A positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • To be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • To be able to manage flexible time and multitask
  • Able to adopt and work unsupervised
  • Able to carry boxes which are 16kg
