About the Role
Play a key role in college enrolment acquisition, student recruitment, marketing & communications and support ensuring NZTC's highly reputable profile is continually raised nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work to established domestic student enrolment targets, as outlined in key performance indicators and annual sales targets
- Operate as the key contact point for students throughout the application and re-enrolment processes
- Actively engage in external marketing promotions (high school visits, centre and organisational visits nationally) as required
- Provide reports on student recruitment and enrolment on a regular basis and upon request
- Liaise with and support international enrolments staff
- Maintain an understanding of college programs, regulations, and support services for students.
- Administration - Establish and maintain student records; Ensure prospect, application and enrolment data is entered in a timely and accurate manner
About You
- Proven experience in student enrolments, recruitment, or admissions.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage external marketing and promotional activities.
- Understanding of college programs, regulations, and support services.
- Proficiency is MS Office, Sharepoint, Outlook and CRM Systems
