The opportunity awaits


As the Dunedin Branch Manager, you will report directly to the Southern Regional Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Dunedin Branch.

This role offers the chance to lead and develop a team, taking charge of branch performance, customer engagement, and both existing and new business opportunities.


Key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to maximise their potential.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with company standards.
  • Help direct and implement strategies to enhance departmental performance through continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, their needs and offering solutions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing performance against targets and budget.
  • Upholding exceptional standards of health and safety, security, and compliance.
  • Ensuring your team understands and adheres to all processes, systems, and policies.
  • Managing budgets and forecasts effectively.
This is an immediate full-time position, working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Financial literacy, including profit and loss management.
  • The ability to identify, research and secure customers who fit the target market.
  • Experience in fleet management.
  • Strong organisational and delegation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with team members, and customers.
  • Initiative and a commitment to meeting all Health & Safety requirements.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to lead the team in multitasking, prioritisation, and meeting deliverable timelines.
  • A focus on quality, with the ability to measure and achieve KPI targets.
