The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking Kitchen and F & B Attendants for permanent and casual shifts. Our kitchen operates 7 days a week, shifts between 6.30am and 10:15pm.


Working in a busy kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work between two areas our kitchen: Front of House Services and Back of House supporting the kitchen team.


These tasks may include:

  • Washing and sanitising crockery and cutlery.
  • Collecting meal trays from patient rooms.
  • Clean the kitchen areas according to our food control plan.
  • Clear dishes and stock up our tea rooms including serving and restocking coffee machines.
  • Serve morning and afternoon tea.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be experienced in a similar role in a busy restaurant or food service environment.
  • Have demonstrated effective communication skills in order to communicate at hand over daily with other team members.
  • Be a selfmotivated, energetic individual that works quickly and remains positive.
  • Be a team player with the ability to be flexible.
  • Be well presented and customer focused ready to get the work done to a high standard.
