**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking Kitchen and F & B Attendants for permanent and casual shifts. Our kitchen operates 7 days a week, shifts between 6.30am and 10:15pm.

Working in a busy kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work between two areas our kitchen: Front of House Services and Back of House supporting the kitchen team.

These tasks may include:

- Washing and sanitising crockery and cutlery.
- Collecting meal trays from patient rooms.
- Clean the kitchen areas according to our food control plan.
- Clear dishes and stock up our tea rooms including serving and restocking coffee machines.
- Serve morning and afternoon tea.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be experienced in a similar role in a busy restaurant or food service environment.
- Have demonstrated effective communication skills in order to communicate at hand over daily with other team members.
- Be a self-motivated, energetic individual that works quickly and remains positive.
- Be a team player with the ability to be flexible.
- Be well presented and customer focused ready to get the work done to a high standard.
