We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Older Persons Health Community Service Team based at The Princess Margaret Hospital.

The key focus of this role is in liaising and assisting clinical staff with administrative and secretarial duties.

You will support the Community Service Teams to co-ordinate the service plans and documents required for our clients to be supported in the community setting.

You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth running of our service and demonstrate an innate ability to communicate with people from all walks of life in a professional manner.

You will come to understand and be a part of our clients - journey.

Where you fit in**In this role, you will be responsible for:Your day to day duties will include, liaising with both administrative and clinical team members, data entry and general administrative duties.

You will be working within a large interdisciplinary team so the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively will see you quickly succeed in this role.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to developing an understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi, Maori and other cultural issues as related to Older Person s Health
