You will support a couple of partners and a growing wider team with business support, project coordination and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Administrative support
  • Planning & coordination of meetings & events
  • Project coordination with client engagement
  • Marketing duties
  • Change management, training & development

To be successful in this position you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous PA/EA experience from within a large & complex professional environment
  • Highly organised & resilient with the ability to prioritise & multitask
  • Excellent document management skills
  • Technically savvy with great attention to details
  • Project management & coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive, take care of the team

Must be based in Wellington with the right to work.
