Mōu te take - E uiga ia te oe - About you:

Reporting to the Head of Nursing, we are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to teach on nursing and/or other health programmes.

You will need to be self-motivated with a positive attitude, have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills and enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.


  • You will be a Registered Nurse with a current NZ Nursing Council Practising Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience
  • Certificate in tertiary teaching (or commitment to complete this within two years of appointment).
  • Your background will include acute and community nursing experience.
  • You have completed or are near completion of an appropriate postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience in designing and producing elearning materials as part of a course (desirable)
  • You must be prepared to travel locally to supervise students in clinical placements and hold a current full NZ Driver Licence.
