The Role
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled manager with the potential to be a future leader of the company. The Pay

  • Competitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast Starting on $ $36.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will:

  • Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
  • Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
  • Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.
  • Ensure quality of products with no wait times
  • Take responsibility for daily/weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for

  • At least 10 years of hospitality experience in fine dining, bistro, bars and/or pubs or a mix of all
  • Management experience in a hospitality venue with a team bigger than 10
  • Excellent presentation and strong clear communication.
  • Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
  • A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred.
  • You're looking for a long term career in hospitality.
