The Opportunity:


Reporting to the National Trials Coordinator, you will work closely with the Quality/Operations department, providing clinical trial support to the compounding centre, with a strong continuous improvement focus.

The role is offered on a full-time basis working 80 hours per fortnight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients
  • Management of Investigational Medicinal Products with clinical trials
  • Manage study binders to ensure trial documentation are kept up to date
  • Respond to clinical trial enquiries
  • Attend site initiation and monitoring visits from research monitors
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Provide production oversight for clinical trial batch orders
  • Provide production support to all clinical trial process steps where required
  • Ensure all complaints are entered into the quality system
  • Be actively involved in corrective and preventative action items for clinical trial complaints
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical trial customers

Who we are looking for:


As a registered pharmacist with New Zealand based pharmacy experience, you will have a team orientated attitude, a focus on delivering exceptional service and care to patients, and the ability to manage your own workload with good communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of health professionals.

You will be highly driven and have high attention to detail and a passion for building on your clinical trial skills and knowledge.


_Clinical trial, hospital or cleanroom experience will be highly regarded._
