Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role The areas of commercial and civil litigation you will work across may include but not be limited to: banking and finance, contract, trust and estates, transport, defamation, health and safety, coronial inquests, and more.

You will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct research, and be directly involved in the litigation process, including appearing in Court or mediations when relevant.

Your level of responsibility will depend on your level of experience but you could be taking the lead for some or working closely with the Partner.

You will collaborate directly with clients and work closely with junior team members, providing them with guidance and mentoring.

Mōhou ake | About you4+ years' experience in litigation acquired in the private or public sector Strong communication skills Proven legal analysis and advisory skills Experience in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers would be advantageous but not essential Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail This opportunity is the perfect next step for those wanting a fresh, dynamic and challenging career move.
