About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi As an Intermediate Employment Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised legal advice and managing various aspects of employment law.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team while also being granted autonomy to handle matters independently.

Your responsibilities will span across non-contentious areas such as assisting employers and employees with employment law processes and drafting legal documents.

However, you will also have the scope to assist senior members on contentious matters, gaining exposure to both the legal and strategic aspects of each stage of contentious matters.

With at least 2-3 years of post-admission experience under your belt, you are well-versed in handling non-contentious employment issues, with some experience in dealing with the more contentious employment disputes.

Your ability to provide practical solutions without unnecessary complexity sets you apart.
