About the role:

We are looking for a Head Nurse to join the SPCA Wellington veterinary team You will lead a large team of 6 Vet Nurses to ensure that our animals receive the best care and treatment.

This role combines clinical leadership with administrative duties in the day to day running of a busy veterinary hospital.

We are able to offer the successful applicant a great fully staffed team to work with, a unique environment and an opportunity to further develop and strengthen your nursing and leadership skills.

  • Be a quick thinker who is skilled at multi-tasking and able to prioritise and effectively manage workloads.
  • Demonstrate empathy and resilience.
