  • Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 09:00
  • $24.72 per hour paid fortnightly ($25.46 from 1st July onwards)
  • Location: Te Rapa

Based at ourTe Rapa Box Lobby , our Mail Officer's deliver an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby's. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

  • Be a natural team player that enjoys working within a team to put our customers first
  • Be comfortable in a very physically demanding role
  • Have an eye for detail. Do you get job satisfaction from getting things right first time to a high level of quality?
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of New Zealand
