If this sounds like you then we have the opportunity for you to join Northern Region Data & Digital team as a Clinical Coach working across both inpatient, outpatient and community locations._

As a Data and Digital Clinical Coach, you will have the following attributes:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively, with a wide variety of stakeholders and clinicians
  • Be organised, flexible and adaptable to ensure the systems, processes and resources meets the needs of our clinicians
  • Ensure service delivery is of a high standard
  • Have effective communication skills together with a cando attitude to problem solving is essential
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, and the desire to grow in this role


This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and knowledge, combined with your interest in developing and supporting all staff during a time of change, whilst maintaining patient safety.

Preference for -

  • Registered Health professional with current NZAPC
  • Up to date PDRP or equivalent
  • Post Graduate Diploma (inprogress or completed)
  • Three year's recent clinical experience
  • Demonstrated experience in effective leadership including ability to coach and mentor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, priority setting & planning skills


This position is primarily based within the Counties district, however is likely to include regionally aligned work in the future.

Working hours are mainly Monday-Friday, however 24/7 rostered shifts are occasionally required.
