The Occupational Therapy Team at Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti have a number of positions available within the department ranging in different FTE (hours) and specialties.
Work in sunny Gisborne (proud to be the first city to see the sunrise). Amazing beaches, walks, art, food and culture.

The remuneration range for these roles is $ 51,820 to $ 85992 and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA Allied MECA Allied, Public Health & Technical

Moū - About you


Successful applicants for the OT roles excluding the Assistant role must be registered with the OT Board of New Zealand and hold a current practising certificate.

They must also hold a current, clean and full driver's licence (ability to drive a manual is desirable but not essential)

Desirable skills to bring would include:

  • Has the ability to think on their feet, work at times in a quickpaced environment.
