ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 12-month fixed term role.

Based at our purpose-built office in Mount Maunganui, as our new Digital Customer Support Specialist you will be:

  • Providing reactive and proactive help to customers with their nutrient reporting requirements
  • Leading customers through their digital change journey
  • Assist customers by education of products and service that add value to their business
  • Assist customers with any mapping issues or digital technical support queries
  • Promote the use of MyBallance app and online

ABOUT YOU
You're a detail driven individual with a passion for great customer service

You also have:

  • Experience in an administration role in Customer Service/Technical Operations environment
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Welldeveloped planning and organising skills
  • An ability to work to targets and deadlines
