As a Pallet Coordinator you will administrate and oversee all pallet movements nationally and work alongside key trading partners. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manage and support the pallet process and coordinate accurate reconciliations with CHEP and Loscam
  • Assist in identifying pallet risk and report on pallet gaps and trends
  • Accurate data management of pallet information
  • Assist with customer and supplier queries
  • Investigate pallet data discrepancies
  • Coordinate pallet orders for all sites daily and assist with pallet stock takes
  • 23 years experience in a FMCG environment or logistics
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Excel
  • 2IC Software System experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills
