We have an exciting new opportunity now available for a Rehabilitation Coach who is keen to work flexible hours as an independent contractor in the Wellington region.

As a community based Rehabilitation Coach, you will have real passion and dedication to all aspects of service delivery and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with your clients and their families.

You will work with a wide range of people with illness, injury or disabilities, assisting Rehabilitation Professionals to support our clients on their rehabilitation journey.

What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

  • Physio qualification preferred or other relevant experience
  • Proven NZ post graduate experience of 2 years of more
  • Experience in delivering community based assessment and rehabilitation
  • Proven experience working on ACC contracts
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Proficient computer and IT knowledge
