The role


As the Assistant Marketing Manager for the Business Marketing team your primary focus will be to manage the delivery of communications across the business bank to drive brand reputation and create the best experiences for our business customers.


Working within a busy and varied environment, this role will see you working closely with key stakeholders across the business, particularly Product, Events, Social Media, Compliance and Digital, as well as working with our external agency partners.

You'll be tasked with supporting, overseeing and driving specific initiatives and campaigns to meet our objectives.

What you will bring
Ideally you will have 1-2 years' marketing experience (preferably B2B) and be ready for your next career move.

You will be a natural organiser, managing multiple and varying projects at once and be able to deal with the pressure of tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills are essential.

You work well under pressure, will be adept at managing great relationships with key stakeholders as well as have sharp proofreading skills.

We'll be impressed by your passion for marketing and project management expertise.

You enjoy working independently but also as part of a team and are focused on getting the best results for our customers.
