Mō te tūnga - About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest to join our Allied Health Team as a Clinical Leader in Physiotherapy.
This role is based on the West Coast but can be done remotely [part time Clinical Leader position only] where we would support with regular visits to the West Coast.
As a Clinical Leader you will provide day-to-day clinical, professional, and cultural clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team.You will contribute to the strategic planning of the department and be involved in managing clinical caseloads and supporting the Allied Health Team Manager in clinical aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and rostering.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako - Skills and Experience
- 5 years minimum clinical experience
- Experience with clinical teaching, training and development of staff
- Experience in people leadership or management is desirable
- Experience making judgements in complex situations where there is incomplete information or solutions are not obvious.
- Experience in case management.
- Knowledge of NZ Health & Disability sector standards and the Privacy Act within a health context.
- Experience in quality /service improvement activities.
- Experience with policy / procedure review / development.
