The position is Permanent, minimum 40 working hours per week, Monday to Sunday (shift) with hourly rate $29.96 -$30.00

  • Related working experience is preferable

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and motivate work ethic in the kitchen at all times
  • Following direction toward portion control, cooking standards and wastage
  • Prepare baking materials under the direction of pastry chef
  • Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
  • Be solely responsible to cleaning of both inside kitchen and outside eating area
  • Maintenance of dishes as required
  • Preparation of customer's order
  • Following all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen
  • Any other duties the employer may reasonably required
