VISION FOR PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, ADVISORYWe're searching for a passionate leader in the data and AI domain to lead the next phase in our growth in strategic advisory services.

By joining our trailblazing team at Qrious you'll be working with a variety of ambitious customers in all sectors; describing and showing how data and AI can transform any organisation; and be part of an exciting growing team and businessWhat you'll be doing: As a Principal Consultant, you will support the growth and maturity of our strategic advisory services in the data and AI domain.

You will work with a talented and ambitious team of people to effectively deliver complex and innovative solutions across the entire data spectrum, covering data and AI strategies, use case development and data platforms.

Your role will cover a broad range of activities, including: Delivering advisory services to our client base.

This means creating pragmatic and actionable plans that outline how data and AI can be used to help deliver the strategic priorities of our clients Crafting business process and change plans to help customers take advantage of efficiencies delivered by AI and data solutions Constantly refining our strategic methodologies, templates, and deliverables to reflect best practice from across our large New Zealand customer base, while also noting global best practice Supporting the executing of the Advisory-led sales approach through a channel and partner engagement plan Collaborating with business development and pre-sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Owning and contributing to proposals, statements of work, and RFX's to support in the delivery of customer centric data and AI solutions Collaborating with clients and our internal technical teams to design solutions to business opportunities.

These solutions will often include complex technology elements, but will also outline people and process change What you'll need to wow us: Have 5+ years' experience in the data and AI management domain Proven experience in delivering customer centric consulting services, ideally within the data and AI domain Be a great communicator at all levels of an organisation to enact change Be confident in how data related methodologies, software & technologies can be used to drive value for organisations Be familiar with Te Ao Māori and its relevance in the data and AI domain Be well adept at remote working, using a variety of tools to facilitate conversations, workshops and ceremonies Be organised, professional and a team player who knows how to have fun while working hard Have good stakeholder management, project planning, and customer presentations skills Qrious is a rapidly growing business with a strong focus on building an innovative and engaged culture.
