As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity.
  • Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
  • Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team.

What About You

  • An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred.
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care.
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly.
  • Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
