THE ROLE:

  • Cut and present meat to a high standard which appeals to our customers.
  • Assisting in the traying up of meat as required.
  • Ensuring the meat cases and freezers are appropriately stocked and relevant merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
  • Correctly & efficiently breaking down carcasses to maximize the various cuts with little waste.
  • Supporting other team members to ensure the daily production is completed in a timely fashion.
