The role:

  • Provide overall IT leadership to internal staff
  • Lead and drive the delivery of day-to-day digital support services.
  • Managetechnology-related incidents for internal teams.
  • Provide training for upgraded software.
  • Act as the key point of contact between internal business users and third-party IT vendors

What you will need:

As the ideal candidate, you will come from an IT background with sound experience in Microsoft 365 and other business applications, as well as the following:

  • Previous experience in an IT Services delivery role.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 with a strong focus onSharePoint Online.
  • Exceptional diagnostic skills for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skillswith a passion for helping customers and achieving delivery service levels.
