As an Area Manager, you'll be the architect behind sales and operational budgets, the conductor of sales performance, and the catalyst for success within your network of stores.

Your canvas will stretch across multiple Supercheap Auto locations in the Auckland region.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Area Manager, your mission includes:

  • Revving up sales figures and revving down key performance metrics.
  • Mastering the art of managing and controlling financial factors impacting income, profit, and wage budgets.

  • Navigating the realm of administration and compliance across your territory while lending support to Store Managers in your network.

Qualifications:

  • Boast a proven track record as a retail luminary with Multi-Site store management experience at the Cluster, Area, or Regional level.
  • Radiate inspiration, driven by a deep passion for people and their development.
  • Possess an understanding of every facet of Retail Store Operations.
  • Manage commercials with finesse, whether it's cost control or ownership of your own P&L.
  • Showcase a history of achieving sales targets and KPIs with style and finesse.
  • Have the willingness and ability to traverse your store network as the occasion demands.
