About this role

Reporting to the Menswear Manager, this Supervisor position is full time, 40 hours per week working Sunday-Thursday in our Menswear department.

The role is a mix of salesperson duties and assisting the Manager with operational and team requirements.

As well as being a retail superstar, you will be expected to lead the team two days a week when the Manager is on RDOs or leave and support the Manager on all other days.

Therefore, you will ideally be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and motivating a team.

You will need strong communication skills, the ability to problem solve and the confidence to solve the trickiest customer query with diplomacy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the team in the Managers absence
• Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledge
• Creating exceptional Customer Experiences
• Assisting with the daytoday operational activities required within the department.
• Where required, assist the Manager with budgeting, reporting, stock management and team training.
• Undertaking formal 1:1s with staff
