**About this role**

The Supervisor position is full time, 40 hours per week working Sunday-Thursday in our Menswear department. The role is a mix of salesperson duties and assisting the Manager with operational and team requirements. The Menswear department has between 9-11 staff on each day.

Key responsibilities include:

- Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledge
- Creating exceptional Customer Experiences
- Assisting with the day to day operational activities required within the department
- Where required, assist the Manager with budgeting, reporting, stock management and team training.
- Leading the team in the Managers absence
- Undertaking formal 1:1s with staff

As well as being a retail superstar, you will be expected to lead the team two days a week when the Manager is on RDOs or leave and support the Manager on all other days. Therefore, you will ideally be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and motivating a team. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to problem solve and the confidence to solve the trickiest customer query with diplomacy.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and always presenting a professional front.
