Winstone Aggregates are on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced operator for one of the largest and busiest quarries in the country


With servicing around 600 trucks a day, we need an operator who is a self-starter and is enthusiastic about driving heavy machines.


Located out at Hunua, you will be joining a hard-working dedicated team that extracts around 3 million tonnes of aggregate per year which services our customers in helping build New Zealand's infrastructure

For the one that takes the driver's seat, we will offer:

  • A good solid week of work
  • 6:30am
  • 6:00pm
  • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)

What we ask from you in return:

  • Skilled in operating heavy machines in a quarrying environment in particular, excavators and bulldozers
  • Dedicated worker who wants to be part of a great team
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Clear communication for frequent use of the RT
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence (WTR is an advantage)
  • Right to work in New Zealand
