Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Construction Project Manager with a strong sense of marketing and investment acumen related to the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will manage residential construction projects and contribute to the strategic growth of our real estate portfolio.
This role requires a blend of project management skills and an understanding of market trends and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


Ø Lead the allocation and prioritization of resources across various projects to ensure optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment.

Ø Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure all project requirements are met.
Ø Manage the procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for project completion.
Ø Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals, as well as trade workers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Ø Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality control, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ø Negotiate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the construction process to address any issues and maintain progress.
Ø Prepare and submit competitive tenders and contract bids, ensuring they meet project specifications.
Ø Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation, standards, and safety regulations.
Ø Submit project plans to local authorities and coordinate necessary inspections and approvals.
Ø Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high standards of performance and timely project delivery.
Ø Adapt and implement project plans as needed to accommodate changes and ensure successful project execution.
Ø Develop and manage project plans to align with overall strategic goals and desired project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, particularly in residential construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
  • Skilled in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
Working hour per week: 40 hours
