Reporting to the Transmission Manager, the Transmission Engineer will be competent in traditional AM\FM RF methodology as well as IP audio and Satellite distribution.
With most of our transmission points at the top of mountain ranges, travel to inhospitable locations will be rewarded with some of the most incredible vistas as well as being part of a supportive team that ensures NZ's premier radio stations are broadcasting across the country.
- Ensure that all the technology equipment and systems are functioning at their optimum capacity
- Contribute and lead with proactive ideas on creating exceptional customer service
- Provide operational and engineering expertise on IP Audio processing, tools and systems
- Foster excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
About You
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in other general aspects of Broadcast Engineering
