Your main role is to assist kitchen and service staff in preparing and serving food and cleaning food preparation and service areas.


Tasks:
cleaning kitchen, food preparation areas and sculleries
Based on the health and safety requirements, cleaning cooking and general utensils used in kitchens
Transferring, weighing food or materials, and checking cooking equipment
Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking, and preparing cold dishes, savouries and raw meat for hotpot dishes, according to the chef's instructions
Heating simple food items, according to the chef's instructions
Packing food and beverage trays for serving

Job Requirements

Willing to work on weekends;
Have a great teamwork attitude;
Must willing to take a pre-employment drug test
Having a basic understanding of cooking process or relevant knowledge is a plus
