What's the job?

About you:

Ideally you will have previous experience in a supervisory role in the utilities industry, with a focus on reinstatement activities for 3 waters civil works.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• A proactive and resultsdriven approach to work
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to mange multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• A current New Zealand driver's license is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Build and establish a new reinstatement team to ensure the quality of work is to ahigh standard and meets all required health and safety standards
• Oversee the reinstatement of 3 waters civil works to ensure the quality of work is toa high standard and meets all required health and safety standards
• Manage and motivate the reinstatement team to achieve their full potential and consistently deliver highquality results
• Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely reinstatement of all utility services
• Ensure all reinstatement works are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all reinstatement activities
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
