12 May 2023Our government client is looking for a Risk & Assurance professional to assist their team to deliver on it's strategic priorities and accountabilities.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Advisor stepping into their first senior role, or a junior senior looking to grow in their career You will have a great leader, who will support and mentor you, to help you really succeed in this role.

The Senior Advisor is responsible for providing high quality advice on risk & assurance, for senior leadership. You will lead internal audits, and all aspects of the assurance planning and frameworks.

You will be on the same floor as the Office of Chief Executive, and other senior leaders, so you will have to be someone who is good at building and maintaining effective relationships.


Your Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience and knowledge of risk, assurance and audit planning/advice
  • Experienced in delivering assurance frameworks, policies and advice
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Give extensive/robust assurance advice
  • Identify sensitive issues/risk and communicate effectively
