18 March 2024We are looking for skilled and motivated residential support workers to fill in temporary/casual shifts at renowned and well-established not-for-profit organisations, based in west and central Auckland.

Supporting the clients at these facilities, you will work to provide a safe, integrated, high-quality treatment service for clients at these facilities.


The role

  • Work on a variety of tasks maintaining an efficient and safe environment for clients
  • General administrative duties as well, including organising and maintaining stock, answering phones etc
  • Providing one on one support to clients
  • Providing support to clients in relation to WINZ or other providers
  • Driving a facility car or van and transporting clients as directed
  • Reception/admin/handover duties where applicable

About you

  • Level 4 certificate in Mental Health and Wellbeing
  • A good grasp of English and excellent communication skills
  • Current clean drivers license
  • Emotionally intelligent
  • Some administration experience a plus
  • Ability to relate to people with sensitivity, caring and patience
  • Work as an effective member of a team, as well as alone
