Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work alongside the Sales and Marketing Directors to plan, develop, implement, and continuously improve systems and processes that assist the team in meeting Silverstripe's client objectives.

This role is based in Wellington with flexible work arrangements available.

Requirements:

What will I be doing?

  • General administration and coordination for the sales and marketing team
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Establish and manage a library of quality resources, tools and templates for the sales team to use at every stage in the sales process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries where possible and escalate to the account manager when required
  • Provide processes and systems to manage the handover of marketing qualified leads to the sales team
  • Own marketing activities that enable sales including campaign planning, events, and collateral development based on the needs of the business.
  • Identify and communicate any gaps in the marketing technology stack.
  • Coordinate account based marketing activities such as events, social media posts, and campaigns
  • Provide the teams with aggregate data insights (trends/analytics) to support the development of sales and marketing strategies to hit growth targets
  • Compile reports and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of sales and market intelligence data to identify prospective clients and opportunities.

  • Have a good understanding of the end to end marketing or sales process
  • Are detail oriented and have analytical skills
  • Are output focused by being proactive and efficient
  • Are excellent communicator with solid Interpersonal skills
  • Can organise, plan and execute multiple projects at the same time
  • Can establish rapport and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What will I need to be successful?

  • A relevant qualification (e.g commerce, law etc) or 12 years experience in a marketing, sales or commercial support type roles
  • Experience with B2B sales/marketing _(desirable)_
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools or providing reports to management_ (desirable)_
