Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a full time Administrator to support the Dinsdale office.

You will be the first impression visitors get, so they need someone presentable, professional and capable of dealing with a wide range of people and enquiries.

Experience in a reception/administrative role is required. If you have the right attitude and you are attentive to detail, they can teach you the rest.

And even though the role is real estate centric, you will learn and gain experience in a wide range of tasks that are transferable across many industries.


As Administrator, you will:

  • Be responsible for all office administration duties
  • Prepare appraisals, sale and purchase agreements, upload listings to the website, create reports
  • Greet visitors at the front desk and answer incoming phone calls
  • Ideally you will be proficient in the Microsoft Suite, have a good knowledge of office administration systems and processes and be service orientated with a 'can do' attitude
