Join Our Team as a Site Manager


Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional in the construction or facilities maintenance industry? Are you skilled in managing sites, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery? We have an exciting opportunity for two site managers to excel in this role.


As a Site Manager, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the site, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects to contractual and commercial targets.

You will play a crucial role in promoting best practices in health, safety, and quality in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Manage project risks by identifying and addressing issues promptly.
  • Monitor the construction program to ensure project deadlines are met or improved.
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections and provide compliancerelated advice in coordination with local authorities.
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping of site activity, decisions, and notifications for contract claims or disputes.
  • Proactively respond to client requests and provide timely and accurate progress reports.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek ways to enhance services for the company and clients.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site health and safety inspections and lead hazard identification efforts.
  • Train and coach subordinate staff on City Care policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate in Building/Carpentry or similar field (or equivalent site management experience).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction best practices.
  • Demonstrated focus on health and safety in the workplace.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate site documentation and handle contractrelated matters.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes of practice, and contract documents.
