What's the job?
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, leading a large team specialising in reactive maintenance.

To be successful in this position you will work closely with other business units to achieve KPI's, drive team efficiency through innovation and deliver projects within KPI timeframes while ensuring work is completed to both a high standard and contract specifications.

You may also be required to assist across the Stormwater and Waterways division as required.

Experience:

  • Experience successfully managing large numbers of staff is essential
  • Construction Knowledge would be beneficial
  • Project Management experience would be beneficial

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and stakeholders
  • Leadership abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple projects alongside managing a large team
  • Strong computer skills
