Midwife Clinical Coach - Antenatal and Postnatal wards Middlemore Hospital
Full/Part Time positions available
The Midwife Clinical Coach is a senior midwifery position, responsible for promoting a learning environment within the clinical setting.

The Midwife Clinical Coach will work closely with graduate midwives, new to area staff and return to practice midwives to encourage and support development of midwifery clinical skills and knowledge.

The midwife coach will also work closely with tertiary education providers to develop relationships with student midwives.
Applications are welcome from experienced midwives currently working in the secondary/tertiary setting.

Essential:

  • New Zealand Registered Midwife
  • Current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • 5+ years' experience post registration
  • Minimum 2 years recent inpatient clinical experience
