A unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team to provide education, coaching and modelling of best practice approaches to Emergency Department (ED) staff who are working with tangata whai I te ora who present in mental health or addiction crisis.


Whilst this role is independent of the front facing clinical work undertaken by Liasion Psychiatry, it works collaboratively with the Liaison Psychiatry team to support Emergency Department staff in the provision of care which is consistent with best practice and modern mental health values.

***You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a Level 4 PDRP and at least five years' clinical practice. If you have a high level of understanding of the continuum of care for service users and a commitment to the fundamental values and attitudes of modern mental health, we may have just the challenge you are seeking.
