The available roles are based in the Otara Hub, Mangere Hub, and Eastern Locality, with potential assignments to other Community Health Team bases as needed.

You will be supported by an interdisciplinary team, as well as have access to continuing in-service education, professional development opportunities, and supervision provided by senior colleagues.

**Essential**:

- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Current Full NZ Drivers Licence
- A strong commitment and genuine interest in quality and service improvement
- A strong desire and commitment to community district nursing
- The ability to work independently and be a team player

**Desired**:

- Embarked on a Post Graduate qualification or equivalent in relevant clinical area
- Proficient level or higher on the CCP (RN pathway)
