  • Formalise a clear picture of the market, design and execute a go-to-market plan which is targeted and compelling.
  • Actively shape and lead the Company's sales program externally across New Zealand.
  • Lead and activate a number of strategically important corporate partnerships and act as key brand ambassador and spokesperson for the Company's corporate business.
  • Actively identify ways to take key corporate accounts to the next level, identify avenues to maximise wallet share and commercial revenue entitlement.
  • Direct responsibility for all leading input measures (activity and pipeline) and outcome measures (new & existing revenue) linked to the NZ Corporate business.
  • Monitor and support an insight lead and disciplined approach to portfolio management. Remediate under-performance and identify new areas to grow.
  • Implement a robust approach to pipeline and territory management.
  • Responsible for formalising business plans in support of future investments.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in a Finance or Business related discipline

  • Direct prior exposure to OFX's target corporate audience.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities to harvest best results and drive a positive performance culture.
  • Key account experience, comfortable in negotiating key commercial terms.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Energetic and personally resilient, accepting of responsibility.
