Role Overview:

The primary responsibility involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery department, ensuring the production of high-quality freshly baked cakes.

While a minimum of 3 years of baking experience in a retail bakery is preferred, we also welcome individuals seeking a career change with a passion for learning.


Job Details:

Type: Permanent position, 32 hours per week (additional hours may be required based on production needs).

Shift: Night shift, starting from 22:00 to 05:00, Wednesday to Sunday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing frozen products for baking.
  • Mixing and baking daily levels of all bakery products.
  • Baking required daily levels of cakes and other products.
  • Preparing and assembling sandwiches according to customer orders.
  • Managing the pastry/bakery section, including desserts, bread, and other baked goods.
  • Producing various bakeryspecific products as required.
  • Inventory management for efficient operations.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and hygiene standards.
  • Other tasks across the store as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relavent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of pastry field concepts and practices.
  • Creativity and effective communication skills.
  • Customer serviceoriented with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Commitment to team work, excellence, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work competently under pressure, reliability, and flexibility.
