About the Role


You will work as a Foreman for the smaller work's space for the Auckland and Northern region of the Hawkins business.

You will ensure all work is undertaken safely and within time and quality criteria whilst maximising margin and enhancing the image of the company.


  • To be considered for these roles you will have:_
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Foreman ideally with a main contractor.
  • Exposure to working on a range of construction projects.
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and industry compliance standards
  • Strong focus on planning and working to the program at hand
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies
  • Passion for health & safety and providing strong leadership and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Strong people and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders using positive means.
  • A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred, but not essential
