***and will require your presence in office from Monday to Friday during business hours. We are looking for a technician experienced in hardware and software to service our client base in the wider region. We'll require an enthusiastic and customer motivated individual who has a polished presentation. We believe creating first class experiences for our employees and customers.   • This role will see you be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers. You will drive customer satisfaction through service excellence, installing and maintaining hardware. Your communication skills will be pivotal to your success, as will your problemsolving ability.
  • A typical day might see you installing and replacing servers, personal computers, peripherals, and printers as required or coordinating the delivery and return of new or old equipment, providing a high level of Desktop and associated Hardware / Software support services. Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and resolving system problems and issues. No two days will be the same. We have some recognized global brands as clients, and you will be representing the Fujitsu brand
    About you

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Outstanding customer service.
  • The willingness to work onsite from Monday to Friday during business hours.
  • Practical handson experience in a similar role.
  • Information technology qualification desired but not essential.
  • Current full drivers' license
  • Ensuring own technical expertise and skills are maintained and updated, including participating in ongoing education
  • Be familiar with hardware and Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Customer service experience.
  • A team player.
