Our client is looking for a fantastic

bagging operator to join their long-serving team at their Wiri-based operation. They are known for their excellent company culture where dedication and loyalty are well rewarded and their staff are highly valued.

About the Role:

  • Running the automated bagging machines
  • Completing a quality check on the bagged product and use manual handgun to seal as necessary.
  • Palletising the finished product, wrapping and labelling
  • Operating counterbalance forklift to loading trucks ready for dispatch.

Skills & Experience

  • NCEA Level 2 essential
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Current Counterbalance forklift license and 1 years operating experience.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment with people of different cultures and ability to cover when needed to keep the spirits high

Benefits

  • Start with $24.00 per hour and move up quickly, with an extra $11 per day working a night shift
