About the role


Reporting to the Head of Deal Governance, this position of Contract Analyst-Deal Governance is responsible to prepare, maintain, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of the sales team and the business.

This role will also ensure to anlayse company profitability for all relevant deals, ensuring accurate financial reporting of all deals, identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigating actions, and ensuring reporting compliance with policies & procedures.


Other duties include:

  • Develop the agenda with supporting documents and participate in Deal Governance meetings as well as minuting these meetings on a weekly basis or as and when required
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership Team to ensure visibility of all deals currently in progress
  • Ensure Deal Governance Meeting minutes, including decisions and reasons for decision, are maintained and documented for audit requirement
  • Working with sales to build and develop deal profitability spreadsheets for presentation to Deal Governance Committee and/or customers as required
  • AOG and commercial deals
  • Provide recommendations to managers on individual customers that have expired contracts and how we can improve
  • Highlight loss making customers with the service team and report back on corrective actions for improvement

Skills & experience
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Along with this, you will also have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a relevant position
  • Proven experience in financial and operational, data systems
  • Proven ability to translate data into meaningful business insight is an absolute requirement
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work
