What will you do?
As the manager of our payroll team, you will build an inspiring team culture that constantly strives for excellence, acts with kindness and works well together

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, kindness and innovation within the payroll team
  • Providing support, guidance and mentorship for the payroll team to deliver excellent payroll services to our 6,000+ team members in New Zealand and Australia
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of current payroll processes and governance, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Leading payroll focussed projects that result in continuous improvement
  • Processing our fortnightly office payroll
  • Carrying out end of year financial reporting and reconciliations, maintenance and upgrades of payroll system, PAYE and Kiwisaver tax obligations and other payroll management functions

  • You have proven experience leading a Payroll function with excellent knowledge of payroll processes and demonstrated experience in managing endtoend payroll processes within a large, complex organisation.
